This August we have the opportunity to work with Dukes Homes on Home-A-Rama 2021. Home-A-Rama starts next week! Did you get your tickets yet? If not, what are you waiting for?! Aberdeen is nestled in Bargersville, Indiana and is Indy’s first wellness lifestyle community.
Did I mention? We have been working with Dukes Homes since March to bring our shared vision to life in the homes we furnished. It was awesome to see them come to life!
We are going to walk you through the first home, Updated Traditional which is a traditional/transitional build. We partnered with designer Sarah McCarty. All the artwork was commissioned for this home and created by Patti Paris Owens.
The second house, Modern Prairie is a gorgeous contemporary home featuring a mostly stone exterior. We partnered with Duke designers Emily Thrasher and Regina Salas. We styled all the spaces and furnished most of the rooms with help from Arhaus, who provided furniture in the main living space.
Check out our favorite spaces in Updated Traditional. All the furniture and décor you see is available for purchase. So, reach out to us if you’d like more information!
Kitchen & Dining Room
We highlighted the stunning island and pendant lights with a custom-made centerpiece and Uttermost barstools. It created a beautiful contrast with the light and dark elements in the space.
Great Room
The focal point of the Great Room are the soaring ceilings, the view and of course the fireplace and built-ins. The built-ins created additional warmth to complement the hearth space. We used navy as an accent throughout the home and added touches of natural elements like wood plus white accents.
Owners Suite
We continued the color story of blue, white and cream in the Owners Suite. And added light blue accents to create a relaxing feel in the space.
Upstairs
Updated Traditional has three large bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a subtle theme- florals, guitar, and sports.
Make sure to mark your calendars for Home-A-Rama, which kicks off Thursday, September 16 and runs through Sunday, October 3. If you haven’t already, purchase tickets here for what is sure to be an amazing event!
