Matt Harvey
Owner
Matt Harvey is the owner of Nested Spaces. With a background in both real estate and construction, he understands what makes a home stand out and the details that add value. While he works primarily behind the scenes, his passion is supporting his talented team so they can deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
Matt believes great results come from empowering great people. By providing leadership, resources, and support, he helps the Nested Spaces team create beautifully staged and thoughtfully designed spaces that attract buyers and maximize each home’s potential. His commitment is to ensure every project reflects the quality, care, and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from Nested Spaces.
Katie Johnson
Operations Manager
Katie joined Nested Spaces in 2026 after building a successful career in banking and customer service. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to exceptional client care make her an integral part of the team.
She married her high school crush, Dave, and together they’ve called Indianapolis home for the past 14 years. In her free time, Katie enjoys cycling, running, and hiking with friends.
Chad King
Design Specialist
He joined the Nested Spaces team in Fall of 2022. He graduated with an Interior Residential Degree from IVY Tech. Every stage he leads are unique, thoughtful, and well-designed.
He previously spent 20+ years in retail sales and merchandising.
He lives in Indianapolis with his husband, Chad and two fur children, Rocco and Emma. Chad enjoys dining out with friends and family. He is also a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan.
Gia Thompson
Lead Home Stager
Gia joined Nested Spaces in June 2025, bringing over 15 years of multi-unit management experience as a District Manager of Operations. While living in Colorado, Gia worked in Design and Staging in Boulder and Arvada and guided clients into turning their homes into what they truly love. With a lifelong passion for staging and design, she’s excited to channel her creativity into her new role.
Based in Zionsville, Gia lives with her husband Ryan and their two daughters, Bella and Sophia. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, attending live concerts, and traveling.
Kristi CurranStaging & Warehouse Specialist
Kristi started working at Nested Spaces in the fall of 2022. With her demonstrated experience in space planning and design, Kristi has proved to be a timely addition to our team.
She lives in Zionsville with her husband, one of her three children who are still ‘in the nest’ and a frenetic Chihuahua/Jack Russell duo.
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, fitness and finding news ways to do old things.
Karri LeamonWarehouse Manager
Karri joined Nested Spaces as Warehouse Manager in 2026. Originally from Florida, she holds an MFA in Fine Arts from IU, focusing on furniture design. With a background blending creativity and organization, Karri brings a unique perspective to managing warehouse operations and supporting the Nested Spaces team.
She lives in Indianapolis with her fiancée, Miriam, along with her cat, Toad, and her dog, Fish, who keep life entertaining both at home and at work. In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling, creating art, and spending time with family and friends.
Jessica MorrisDesign Specialist
Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Jessica has called the United
States home for nearly half of her life. With 20 years of teaching
experience and a lifelong passion for interior design, she loves
helping clients create warm, beautiful, and functional homes that
reflect their unique style and the way they live.
Jessica believes great design should feel approachable and enjoyable.
She enjoys guiding clients through each step of the process, making it
easy to understand and helping them feel confident in every decision.
She lives on the west side of Indianapolis with her husband, their two
teenage sons, and their miniature schnauzer. When she’s not designing,
you’ll find her spending time with family and friends or cooking for
the people she loves.
Whitney VredenburghDesign Specialist
Whitney Vredenburgh has been an integral part of Nested Spaces since its founding in 2014, bringing a passion for creating warm, welcoming homes and beautifully curated spaces. After relocating from St. Louis to Indianapolis, Whitney discovered her love for thoughtful design and helping families feel at home through intentional interiors.
With more than 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, Whitney blends creativity, branding expertise, and an eye for design to help clients envision spaces that feel elevated, functional, and inviting.
Whitney is certified through Home Staging Resource, is a RESA-PRO member, and served as President of RESA Indianapolis from 2020–2021. As a Design Consultant with Nested Spaces, she continues to bring her expertise and passion for home design to every project.
Whitney lives in Zionsville with her husband, Steve, and their four children. In her spare time, she enjoys napping!
