One of the most common questions we receive from clients  (both realtors, sellers, and design clients) is “what interior paint colors do you recommend?”

Paint is the least expensive and most impactful update you can make.  I always recommend making sure your home’s walls and trim work look fresh and well maintained.

Trick of the trade: To remove everyday wear a tear, a magic eraser does wonders.  And consider a satin finish and darker color paint (think creamy or taupe not bright white) if you want to wipe off stains more easily.

To really freshen a space, consider painting your trim a pure white and paint walls a light neutral color like:

Trim color:

Alabaster by Sherwin Williams

Pure White by Sherwin Williams

Greek Villa by Sherwin Williams

Creamy by Benjamin Moore

Wall Color:

Creamy by Benjamin Moore

Alabaster by Sherwin Williams

Accessible Beige by Sherwin Williams

Neutral Ground by Sherwin Williams

Tan Canvas by Sherwin Williams

Egret White by Sherwin Williams

Shoji White by Sherwin Williams,

White Duck by Sherwin Williams

Worldly Gray by Sherwin Williams

If you have patching to complete, we recommend a professional painter so they can make the walls look flawless and really impress that future buyer.
